个人简介

目前本人主要研究先进控制、生医信息、数据挖掘及信息系统,研究需求主要来自美国、加拿大等国际前沿。作为学者多次短期学习和交流访问过澳大利亚、加拿大、美国和荷兰等10多所大学,与国际建立了多条常态合作研究渠道,近期又引发德国、美国等多所大学合作要求。本人近年努力开展国际合作,坚持向自然学习和为学生服务的观点,鼓励并用心帮助学生有意识成为世界的中国人,积极开拓与国外高校多方资助联合培养在校生,为学生创造多渠道高层次培养机会。总体上,近年在国际合作、科研成果、队伍建设、基金申请、学生培养和学科建设多方面取得显著成效。

到目前已指导30多届本科毕业生达130多人,指导硕士与博士研究生及博士后达130多人,培养获博士学位学生14人、硕士学位100多人以及博士后出站和省优秀博士论文各1人。

近年提供本人指导学生有10+1人次去香港、3人次去韩国、15人次去美国、1人次去荷兰,2人次去澳大利亚、7+2+2人次去加拿大、2人次去土耳其和迪拜、2人次去泰国、2人次去马来西亚和泰国、5人次去台湾、1人次去意大利和西班牙、1人次去捷克和俄罗斯、2人次去泰国和印度、2人次去德国和挪威参加国际项目合作、会议和联合培养。近年本人已派送在学硕博研究生到美加欧(如美国Miami University、荷兰Eindhoven University of Technology、加拿大York University、加拿大University of Alberta、美国Texas A&M University、美国Mississippi State University、美国Washington State University、加拿大University of Toronto等)联合培养1年或以上的本人指导学生达20多人次,这些学生学成回国返校后在做事思维科研习惯生活态度各个方面明显成长并获得中国留学人员称号和享受相应国家待遇。另外也吸引了美国等国家大学生主动要求作为Intership来我们实验室进行短期学习以及国外学生硕士博士留学申请,扩大了国际影响。

已发表论文100多篇,其中JCR国际期刊上正式及接受发表论文80多篇,70多篇已被SCI收录(SCI引用830多次)、80多篇被EI收录;近年主持国家基金3项、博士点基金3项(1项优先发展领域)、省市及国际合作基金及科技项目10多项,近期还参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划1项且获得国家重大专项1项(作为专题子项负责人),还承担过大量企业应用项目。与荷兰Eindhoven University of Technology、荷兰Taiji Control、加拿大University of Alberta、加拿大York University主要合作研究先进控制的系统建模仿真与优化控制方法、模型预测控制、多变量过程辨识、大型工业的远程控制系统、模型诊断与故障诊断方法、数据挖掘方法等且部分研发成果已应用于国际市场,合作获得了国家自然科学基金、福建省重点科技项目、福建省自然科学基金、厦门市重点科技项目、国际合作和企业创新项目等资助,合作发表SCI收录论文16篇及IFAC会议上发表3篇,近期代表性成果发表在IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics(2013IF=6.500)、Journal of Process Control、IEEE Transactions on Systems Man and Cybernetics Part C: Applications and Reviews、IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems、Knowledge-based Systems、Chemometrics and Intelligent Laboratory Systems上;还与美国和加拿大有多所大学合作研究自然对象的动态机制建模仿真、高维数据特征选择方法、生医信息的识别与处理、基因适应性与疾病关联分析以及大量模式分析和数据挖掘的现实问题,已合作获得基金10多项(国家自然科学基金4项、高校博士学科点专项科研基金4项和福建省自然科学基金2项等),合作发表30多篇JCR国际期刊论文,代表性成果发表在PNAS(美国科学院院刊,2010IF=9.771)、Genome Research(2010IF=13.588)、Plant Cell(2011IF=8.987)、Cell Research(2010IF=9.417)、Plos Genetics(2013IF=8.167)、Bioinformatics(2016IF=7.307)等顶级国际期刊上。
